Join us for the 20th Harwich International Shanty Festival, celebrating the revival of sea shanties and traditional maritime music. This lively and vibrant festival fills the historic seaport town of Harwich with the powerful sounds of shanties sung from every corner. For an entire weekend, the town's pubs, boats, clubs, and historic buildings come alive with foot-tapping tunes. Beyond the music, the festival offers a variety of maritime-themed activities including street theatre, pirates, barge trips, and workshops.
