Day 1 All aboard for our festive seaside escape! We travel in comfort to Great Yarmouth, breaking our journey with a stop in the charming market town of Bury St Edmunds, where you can stretch your legs and enjoy lunch at leisure. We arrive at the New Beach Hotel in the afternoon, with time to settle in before dinner and evening entertainment.
Day 2 Today we visit Norwich, a city steeped in history and bursting with charm. Stroll the medieval streets, particularly cobbled Elm Hill, which is full of character. Explore the stunning Norwich Cathedral and browse the vibrant market – one of the oldest and largest in the country. With two major shopping centres and unique independent stores, it’s perfect for picking up gifts and festive treats.
Day 3 A full day to enjoy Great Yarmouth at your own pace, this vibrant coastal town is renowned for its beaches and things to do. Stroll along the famous Golden Mile, or explore attractions like the Sea Life Centre, Merrivale Model Village, or a classic game of crazy golf. You could also sip tea in a seafront café or walk out to sea along Wellington or Britannia Pier the choice is yours!
Day 4 After a final hearty breakfast, we wave goodbye to the Norfolk coast and begin our journey home, with comfort stops along the way. A chance to reminisce on a weekend of seaside nostalgia, historic wonders, and holiday cheer.
