Eastbourne, Rye and the Bluebell Railway

One of the country’s premier seaside towns, Eastbourne has a reputation for quality. There is an enormous range of things to do, from long walks on the sweeping beach to an extensive choice of nightlife.
We take a leisurely drive to Rye in East Sussex. It is a picture perfect English town with cobbled streets, a thriving market and a colourful history.
A free day to explore Eastbourne not only renowned as host to international tennis tournaments, but also sports one of the country’s finest piers. There is an extensive shopping area in the town and many accessible places of interest.
Today we have a steam train ride on the famous Bluebell railway one of the top excursions whilst on holiday in Sussex.
We bid a fond farewell to the homely Hadleigh Hotel.
